OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Duo Win-Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (ET) on February 28, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Entries can only be made online.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter online, visit www.jewelry.com/rhr and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit your entry by voting for the Duo piece you would like to win ('Primary Entry'). The first time you vote, you can earn one additional entry in the drawing ('Bonus Entry') for the Duo piece you voted for on that day only by completing the survey questions. Limit: Only one (1) Primary Entry per person or per e-mail address will be allowed per day and only one (1) Bonus Entry per person or email address will be allowed during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period. If more than one Primary Entry is received per day from an entrant, only the first Primary Entry received that day will be entered. All entries become the property of Jewelry.com, a division of Andin International Inc. ('Sponsor') and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrants are subject to all online notices including, but not limited to, Sponsor’s privacy policy. Online entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, garbled, illegible or misdirected entries. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) & ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: A 7 day/6 night trip for winner and guest to Bora Bora (ARV: $6,000.00) or winner’s choice of $5,000 cash in lieu of trip. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Five (5) Merchandise Prizes: One 14K Yellow Gold Diamond Duo Ring, 1/4 ct. TDW. (Model Z15393), ARV: $529.00. One 14K Yellow Gold Diamond Duo Pendant, 1/4 ct. TDW (Model Z45793), ARV: $399.00. One 14K Yellow Gold Diamond Duo Pendant, .16 ct. TDW. (Model Z50793) ARV: $249.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $7,795.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry who have internet access as of September 9, 2006. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, retailers, distributors and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any members of their immediate family and household, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner's primary residence (as determined by Sponsors), double occupancy hotel accommodations for six nights (one (1) room) and airport transfers while in Bora Bora. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility. Trip must be completed within 12 months from award date. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. All prize details are at Sponsors’ sole discretion. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. If the winner is unable to travel for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner. Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid passport or photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest (guest can only be a minor if guest is a winner or if winner is guest’s parent or legal guardian) must complete and return a Liability & Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor. The value of each prize represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. Except for Grand Prize, the other remaining prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that original prize is unavailable. Prizes will be awarded approximately thirty (30) days after receipt and verification of executed documents. Winners will be responsible for payment of all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with the awarding of their respective prizes. Each winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be conducted on or about March 16, 2007 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. For each merchandise prize drawing, each eligible entry will be entered into the prize drawing indicated by that vote. If no entries are received for a given prize drawing, that prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. All entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each winner will be notified by mail and at judges’ discretion will be required to complete, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability (“Affidavit”) and a Publicity Release (“Release”) within 14 days of date printed on notification. The contact information (name, address, telephone number) provided by each at time of entry will serve as the contact information of record in respect of all communications with each potential winner. Entrants who change address after entering are encouraged to file a forwarding order with the US Postal Service. Jewelry.com disclaims any and all responsibility for notification/prizes not received for whatever reasons, including but not limited to: 1) change of address, 2) refusal of delivery, 3) return of item as undeliverable or 4) provision of wrong address during registration process. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, all required documents must be signed and returned by the winner’s parent or legal guardian. If the Affidavit /Release is not returned within the required time period or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if winner cannot accept prize for any reason whatsoever, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all eligible non-winning eligible entries received for that specific drawing. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to travel arrangements are made, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes in any and all media (including online posting) without additional compensation.

Entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither Releasees, nor any telephone network or service provider, are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entries will be accepted. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
