Celine Dion Launches Jewelry Line

Famous television host and journalist Yang Lan and Canadian pop diva Celine Dion have joined forces to roll out a jewelry brand, and the grand opening was held Sunday in Beijing.
Attending the event was actresses Zhang Ziyi of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon fame among other Chinese luminaries, according to China Daily. Co-founder Celine Dion sent her wishes through a video link.
Yang Lan conceived of the idea of collaborating with Celine Dion after she interviewed the superstar backstage at Dion's Las Vegas show at Caesars Palace hotel-casino in May, 2007.
The two were both surprised to find out they shared so much in common, even the same birthday.
Do they share good business sense and an eye for diamond design? Only time will tell.
Details of the line are still forthcoming, but if all goes well, you can rest assured you'll be able to find a Celine jewelry creation near, far, wherever you are...sometime soon.
