Diamond Jewelry for a Golden Occasion

The Diamond Information Center gave celebs a glittering preview of Awards Show ice to prep for the Golden Globes on Sunday. Some girls have all the luck. See who browsed the bling!

Twilight Saga star Ashley Greene (in J. Mendel and Bochic earrings) and fellow actresses Rachel Bilson (in Chanel) and Minka Kelly are just three of the stars who indulged their eyes at the InStyle and Diamond Information Center's annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview yesterday.

The Beverly Hills Hotel luncheon offered guests a sneak peek at the latest trends in red carpet gowns and more than $65 million in jaw-dropping diamonds before Sunday's Golden Globes.

While photos of the diamond jewels are under wraps (we looky-loos have to be surprised, right?), word on the street is that the statement piece might be on the way out in exchange for classic diamond looks with colorful off-the-shoulder gown choices. We shall see.

The Diamond Information Center is the public relations arm of the Diamond Promotion Service - the folks that bring us all the classy "A Diamond is Forever" national campaigns (Everlon jewelry is their latest promotion).
