Jewelry
design is not what OC Star, Rachel Bilson, had in mind when she joined the
Hollywood rat race, but a recent trip to Botswana and South Africa changed that.
Moved by Russell Simmons' Diamond Empowerment Fund (DEF) and their efforts to improve the quality of life for struggling African nations, Bilson joined forces with InStyle Magazine to design a bracelet that would benefit the organization.
The special style features a round-cut diamond (1/6 ct. t.w.) in a trendy Everlon knot set in 14k gold over sterling silver with a brown leather strap. Retailing for $100, $20 of the purchase will go towards the DEF.
