CFDA Awards Bring Out Fashion's Best

Models, muses and Monster Queen, Lady Gaga brought haute couture hotness to the fashion world's equivalent of the Oscars. Check out their signature sparkle!

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) paid tribute to the winners and honorees of the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center on Monday night, with all of fashion's biggest stars in attendance.

Underwritten for the 10^th year by crystal juggernaut, Swarovski, big names like Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga were honored as well as emerging talent, including designer Prabal Gurung for Womenswear and Eddiie Borgo for Accessory Design.

The red carpet was full of summertime jewelry style with touches of turquoise and yellow gold sparkling on everyone from A-listers like Kirsten Dunst and Naomi Watts to icons like Vogue's Grace Coddington and uber-designer Diane von Furstenburg.

But it was Lady Gaga in head-to-toe Theirry Mugler, who turned the most heads with her turquoise Anna Wintour-inspired bob, giant platforms and best accessory - her parents, who looked on as their daughter picked up her first CFDA Fashion Icon Award.
