2011 Emmy Awards Jewelry Roundup

Colorful gems ruled the 2011 Emmy Awards red carpet, including ret-hot rubies, sparkling sapphires and a MAJOR Sofia Vergara statement. See it all here!

The 63th Primetime Emmy Awards aired Sunday night, celebrating the best in comedy, drama, reality television and celebrity fashion - and television's brightest stars were all seeing red. Actress after actress stepped out of her limo in floor-length radiantly beautiful red gowns, proving that scarlet shades would rule the evening in the trend department. Shimmering neutrals and shades of blue made quite a showing as well.

But we're here to dish about the jewelry. As each star seemed to have put the "va-va-voom" into the gown, the glitz and shimmer we all love appeared to be minimalized. Let's break down the dazzling diamonds, gorgeous gems, and statement-makers of Sunday night's red carpet - starting with the scarlet stunners.

Glee's Lea Michele rocked the red carpet in a Marchesa gown, accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz ruby earrings and a whopper of a cocktail ring.  Nina Dobrev, star of the Vampire Diaries was the saving grace for neckwear, pairing her Donna Karan gown with a Neil Lane diamond choker. Kate Winslet was flawless in an Elie Saab number, accompanied with Cartier jewels including platinum earrings and a diamond and platinum bracelet. Angela Kinsey from The Office, Connie Britton from Friday Night Lights, Kathy Griffin, and E! News' Guiliana Rancic also wore crimson gowns.

Julie Bowen's jaw-dropping Oscar de la Renta gown was accessorized with black and white diamond earrings in platinum, diamond and onyx bracelets in platinum and black and white diamond rings in platinum, all from Neil Lane. Cobie Smulders of How I Met Your Mother brightened the scene with a sky blue number from Alberta Ferreti, accessorized with diamond and platinum earrings, aquamarine and diamond cocktail ring in platinum and diamond bracelet all by Neil Lane.

Cat Deeley sparkled in a Monique Lhuillier gown accompanied with platinum and 14 ct diamond earrings, platinum and 37 ct diamond bracelets and 20 ct yellow diamond cocktail ring in platinum, all by Bvlgari. E! Fashion Police's Kelly Osbourne looked stunning and ready for fall in a burgundy J. Mendel gown, and wearing ruby and diamond earrings and cocktail ring in 18K white gold by Katerina Maxine. Super Sweet Jayma Mays of Glee wore a blush pink Zuhair Murad number, decked with a 10 ct diamond bow brooch in her hair, 10 ct diamond floral earrings, and diamond and platinum cocktail ring, all by Neil Lane.

Gorgeous Gwyneth Paltrow added shimmer to her dress with a pair of 7 ct black and white diamond earrings, a 50 ct white diamond bracelet in platinum, a 50 ct black diamond chain link bracelet in platinum and a black onyx cocktail ring in platinum, all by jeweler Neil Lane.
