The Daily Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins today at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends today at 11:59 P.M. (EST). Entries can only be made online.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry who are registered members of Jewelry.com. Membership is free and you will only need to register once. Employees of the Sponsor, its retailers, distributors and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any members of their immediate family and household, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.jewelry.com and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit your entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. All entries not compliant with this limitation will not be entered into the Daily Drawing in which entrant was not in compliance. If no eligible entries are received, prize will not be awarded. Entrants are subject to all online notices including, but not limited to, Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Online entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries become the property of Jewelry.com (the "Sponsor") and will not be returned or acknowledged.

PRIZE, MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE ("MSRP") & ODDS: One (1) Daily Prize will be awarded for today's drawing. Prize and retail value will be posted at www.jewelry.com/daily-giveaway-winners.shtml. Selection of jewelry pieces are the Sponsor's sole discretion. The value of prize represents the Sponsor's good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. Prize is not redeemable for cash, is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that original prize is unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received per daily drawing. Limit: one prize per household.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Daily Drawing will be conducted within 60 days from entry deadline by a representative of Jewelry.com whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor's decision is final. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail to obtain his/her mailing address (only physical street address will be accepted). Sponsor will not deliver any shipment/prize to any address containing a P.O. Box number. Prize will be awarded approximately thirty (30) days after winner clearance. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a fifteen (15) day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the fifteen (15) day period, or if the e-mail attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the applicable drawing. (Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses.) If winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable or if prize is forfeited, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all eligible non-winning eligible entries received for that specific drawing. Winner will be responsible for all taxes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes in any and all media (including online posting) without additional compensation, notification or permission.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, including advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and legal counsel (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from their participation in this Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Neither Releasees, nor any telephone network or service provider, are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entries will be accepted. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
