The material girl, Madonna, tops the list as the queen of diamonds, wearing over $1 million worth, including a vintage diamond necklace, a diamond marquise-shaped right hand ring, diamond drop marquise-cut earrings and a diamond chain from celebrity jeweler, Neil Lane.
