Introduction
At Jewelry.com we are committed to providing you comprehensive information on jewelry, style and fashion while respecting and protecting your privacy. To better serve you, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for instance, your jewelry and style preferences, dates of special occasions related to people for whom you may buy gifts, etc. Under no circumstances do we sell or rent this information to third parties, and we strictly protect the confidentiality of this information. Information Collection and Use
Jewelry.com, a division of Andin International, Inc. ("Jewelry.com") is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Jewelry.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Users may elect to provide information at three different levels. First, users may choose to not actively provide us any information, and will still be able to use most site activities. In this case we will simply collect and store the user's IP (Internet Protocol) address and use this to track aggregate information that is not personally identifiable with the individual user. Certain functions of the site may not be accessible without divulging information.

Second, users may elect to simply provide a zip code and no other information. This will allow Jewelry.com to better present product available locally to that user. The zip code will be stored using a cookie (see "cookies" below).

Third, in order to use all of the features of this website, a user must first fully complete the registration form. During such "full" registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional, but encouraged, for the user to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender), so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site. To complete full registration, a cookie must be set and users must allow cookies in order to become full-fledged registered members.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Also, if the ownership of all or part of any business within the Andin International Family were to change, customer information pertinent to that business's operations would likely be transferred to, or licensed for use by, the new owner.

Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information and thus participate in the survey or contest. Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Jewelry.com will automatically send the friend email inviting them to visit the site. Jewelry.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this email. The friend may contact Jewelry.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Children's Privacy
We will not knowingly collect any personal information from those under the age of 18.

Security
This website takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users' information. When users (you) submit sensitive information via the website, their (your) information is protected both online and off-line.

Please note that as a non-e-commerce site, Jewelry.com does not ever request sensitive information such as social security number, credit card information or other financial data. Any personally identifiable data submitted while on the Jewelry.com site is transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect its security.

We also do have procedures in place to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We may communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their membership via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personally identifiable data that has been provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support.
